Lactation Brownies

One handed snack with milk boosting properties!

The lactation brownies are full of healthy fats and galactagogues and with their milk boosting properties are perfect for a mama!!

What you will need:

1/2 cup of grass fed butter

2 eggs

1 tsp vanilla

2/3 cup of pure maple syrup

1 cup oats

1/2 tbs sea salt

2 tbs brewers yeast

1/4 cup cacao

1.4 cup tapioca flour

1 tbs baking powder

1/3 cup of choc chips

Method:

Gently melt the butter over the stove

Once butter is melted, take off the stove and whisk with the eggs

Add vanilla and maple syrup and whisk it all together

Add in Oats, salt, brewers yeast, tapiocaflour, baking powder and cacao, mix until cake consistency

Fold in choc chips and gently stir

Pop in a baking dish and bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes or until ready.
