Clarity Call
Want to know if I’m the right postpartum doula for you?
I offer a free clarity call where we can arrange a time that suits you to chat over the phone. This is an opportunity for you to ask any questions you may have and to decide if I am the right fit for your postpartum journey. If you’d like to move forward, we can discuss the next steps toward a visit.

Online Postpartum Support
Not local to Newcastle/Lake Mac area but wanting postpartum support?
I can provide support via Zoom at a time that suits you.
I offer a non-judgmental space where you can unpack your birth experience, talk about how you’re feeling, or ask any questions you may have. I’m here to listen, provide resources, and point you toward local practitioners if needed.
I also offer breastfeeding education, tips, and reassurance to help guide you through the postpartum period.
Online Postpartum Planning
1.5 hours | $110
A personalised session where we create a postpartum plan tailored to your unique needs, including self-care strategies, meal planning, and support systems. After our session I then email you a detailed postpartum plan within 3 days.

In Home Postpartum Care.
An in-home visit provides support and nourishment to a new mum. Every visit is tailored to your individual and specific needs, offering a personalised approach to help you feel supported and cared for.
A visit can look like:
Meal prepping to help make your week easier.
Stopping at the grocery store to pick up any essentials you may need.
Sitting with you, listening to how you are feeling, and helping you reflect on your birth experience.
Assisting with light household tasks such as folding laundry, washing dishes, and changing bed sheets.
Watching bub or other children so you can rest.
Providing resources or pointing you toward any practitioners you may need.
Making you a cup of tea and/or food.
Offering a relaxing foot bath.
I provide support via text or email for 4 weeks after our last visit, and you're welcome to reach out to me whenever you need while I am your postpartum doula.
Available for mums in the Lake Macquarie, Newcastle, Central Coast, and Hunter regions.
1.5 hour visit: $100
3-hour visit | $200 per visit
$720 for four visits: This can be spread over four weeks or two weeks, depending on your needs.
$1,080 for six-week support: Includes one visit per week over six weeks, along with a complimentary Meet and Greet.
You can purchase as many visits as you like.
Payment plans available upon request.
Nesting Party
A nesting party is a unique and meaningful way to prepare for your postpartum journey with the support of your closest friends and family. This gathering is designed to help you get ready for the transition into motherhood by providing practical assistance in a relaxed, fun environment. Whether you’re expecting your first baby or welcoming another little one, a nesting party focuses on organizing, planning, and preparing your home for the changes ahead.
During the party, we’ll work together to create a personalized postpartum plan, which may include meal prepping for the weeks after birth, organizing your baby’s nursery, and planning how to set up support systems for your recovery. This is also an opportunity for emotional connection, as your loved ones gather to share their support and advice in a nurturing space.
I’ll guide the event, ensuring that everything is tailored to your specific needs and goals for the postpartum period. You’ll leave the party feeling prepared, supported, and surrounded by people who care about your well-being, with practical tools in place to help you thrive in your new role as a mother. Plus, I’ll bring a nourishing meal to share and prepare for your freezer to help make those first few weeks a little easier.
