Delicious GF Brownies!

The most gooey and dense gluten free brownie!

These delicious, fudgy, gluten free brownies will absolutely be a hit with the whole family!

They just melt in your mouth. These brownies can be enjoyed weather you are gluten free or not and have that same consitency and gooey texture of a regular brownie. They also can make a great and easy one-handed snack for a new mum.


RECIPE:

What do I need?

  • 170 grams ( 3/4 cup) of butter melted

  • 1 cup coconut sugar

  • 1/2 cup pure maple syrup

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

  • 3 eggs

  • 1/4 cup cacao or 1/2 cup cocoa

  • 2 cups almond meal

  • 1/2 cup GF choc chips

Method:

  1. Pre heat ovento 180 degrees celcius (350 F) and grease and line a baking tray.

  2. Gently melt butter on low heat over the stove

  3. Once melted add the butter to a bowl with the coconut sugar, maple syrup and whisk.

  4. Add in the eggs and vanilla to the bowl with the butter and sugar and continue to whisk it all together.

  5. Fold in the cacao and almond meal and stir until fully combined. Add in the chocolate chips (you can save a few to sprinkle on the top if you wish)

  6. Pour the brownie batter into a prepared baking tray and place in the oven for approximately 30 minutes or until fully cooked through.

  7. Once cooked place the brownies on a rack to cool down for about an hour before serving.

  8. ENJOY!
